Welcome to BSRCC. By purchasing products from BSRCC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from BSRCC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Products

BSRCC currently sells apparel, including T-shirts, and may expand to additional clothing and merchandise in the future.

We strive to display product colors, designs, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and printing processes.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

BSRCC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Correct pricing or product listing errors.
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping

BSRCC ships to customers worldwide.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of BSRCC.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. All Sales Final

All sales are final.

BSRCC does not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection.
  • Change of mind.
  • Buyer remorse.
  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers.

Please review sizing information carefully before placing an order.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged due to manufacturing error, or incorrect, please contact BSRCC within 7 days of delivery at:

Customers may be required to provide photographs of the issue.

If approved, BSRCC may provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

BSRCC reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for replacement or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All BSRCC designs, logos, artwork, graphics, branding, photographs, and content are the exclusive property of BSRCC and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of BSRCC intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSRCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BSRCC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

BSRCC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon posting.
